Your event coordinator will help you select a caterer, design your menu or guide you through the process, place the order and ensure all logistics are covered. Caterers are required to remit a 15% facility fee to UofL’s Shelby Campus Conference Center on the event’s total food and beverage charges.
Independent bar services are available. Contact your event coordinator to learn more about our bar service partner or to obtain a quote from any of our approved caterers.
Please note there is no food or beverage minimum to host an event at our Conference Center.
