OIID Assistant Professor, Dr. Shirin Ghods, has been awarded an R03 grant from NIH/NIDCR. This grant will fund her study aimed at elucidating the biological significance of cobalamin (vitamin B12) in the pathogenesis of Porphyromonas gingivalis.
